MPIR has evolved from simple playlists of mp3 formatted radio plays to sophisticated live stream programming to net casting on various listening devices. Clyde J. Kell the owner and operator of Mystery Play Internet Radio has only one purpose and passion. To enable as many people as possible from all over the world the ability to listen and share old time radio. My creativity now extends to creating works of visual art in acrylic, oil, watercolor and pen and ink illustrations.

Now playing on the main mystery stream for your weekend listening will be Science fiction and Fantasy radio shows. Main mystery stream will feature shows that will thrill and astound your science fiction, adventure and fantasy listening quests.

A first time airing of the audio tracks of The Twilight Zone tv series. I found these on the archive.org site. They are of excellent quality, and if you close your eyes, Rod Serlings television series tunes right in! Most science fictions fans agree that the best sci-fi radio shows are from 1950 - 1960's. However when Russian scientists launched Sputnik in 1957, science fiction became more of a science actuality. Inventions thought only to be in science fiction like rockets, televisions, and computers were becoming a reality.
