Mystery Play Internet Radio has been broadcasting old-time radio on the internet for 22 years. MPIR has evolved from simple playlists of mp3 formatted radio plays to sophisticated live stream programming to net casting on various listening devices. Clyde J. Kell the owner and operator of Mystery Play Internet Radio has only one purpose and passion. To enable as many people as possible from all over the world to listen and share old-time radio. My creativity now extends to creating visual art in acrylic, oil, watercolor, and pen and ink illustrations.

All the streams have been updated with some outstanding old time radio shows for your listening enjoyment.

The main mystery stream is featuring episodes of: The 21st Precinct, Broadway Is My Beat, Dangerous Assignment, Dragnet, Inner Sanctum Mysteries, Let George Do It, The Adventures of Philip Marlowe, Screen Directors Playhouse, Suspense, The Line Up, The Whistler, Yours Truly Johnny Dollar, Lux Radio Theater.

The MPIR Comedy stream is featuring episodes of: Abbott & Costello, Burns and Allen Show, The Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy Show, Father Knows Best, Fibber McGee & Molly, Halls of Ivy, The Jack Benny Program, Life of Riley, Our Miss Brooks, The Jimmy Durante Show, The Mel Blanc Show. Just as today, some series go on summer vacation. So I'm running re-runs of some of my favorite episodes.

The MPIR History Capsule stream is featuring: Lots of period music, and such programs as GI Jive, Command Performance, Behind The Mike, Can You Imagine That, Guess What Quiz Show, Inheritance, Hello Americans, Mr President, The Sound of War, Strange As It Seems.

The MPIR Old Time Radio Dial stream is featuring a mix bag of historical shows, and mystery, comedy, and period musical shows.
